I saw a video from a well known YouTuber this morning talking about how you should still have your own website.

They then went on to basically build the website using AI then even writing on it using AI.

What. Is. The. Point.

Maybe I should have stuck around to the end but that was enough to turn me right off.

Don't write for "engagement", "clicks" or "personal branding".

Just share the parts of your story that you want to, in a place online that you own and control.
