Very tempted to try and go cold turkey on the caffeine again. Did it years and felt much better after first feeling like hell.

Will have a think tonight whilst I'm out of tea bags.

That "no caffeine" thing lasted all of a day.

Maybe I need a slow weening method to conquer this dragon.
